Ad Summit is a Creative Advertising conference catered to University and College students in the GTA. If you have a passion for creative design, writing, managing, content creation, media production (to name a few) THIS IS FOR YOU!

This is a one-day event, with professionals in the industry working to provide you a fresh perspective, and leave with a new skill set for ONLY FIVE DOLLARS. We aim to provide quality and accessibility for all students.

- Workshop 1: Copywriting led by Paige McPhee

Paige is a 22-year-old writer, author, video producer and host based in Toronto, Ontario. A recent graduate from the University of Toronto, Paige's work has been featured in The National Post, Narcity Media, Clear Life Magazine and Notable Life. Her first book, i’m in like with you: a collection of almost-love stories, is available for purchase on Amazon.

- Workshop 2: Creative Design led by Issey Roquet

Issey is a self taught animator and interactive designer based in Toronto. She finds her happiest place invading the world with colourful and innovative digital experiences by combining design, animation and code to spark wonder and delight. A recent graduate from the University of Toronto, and former TEDx Curator, Issey spent two years freelancing UX and product design for startups from San Francisco Bay to Europe. She now runs her own independent design studio trüfffle, exploring the creative potential of interactive stories, matching purpose with play.

- Keynote 1: Influencer Culture & Brand Management by Manu Goswami

A former University of Toronto student, Manu (Swish) Goswami is a 20-year-old TEDx speaker, venture capitalist at JB Fitzgerald, LinkedIn Youth Editor, UN Ambassador and serial entrepreneur. He has successfully built Technotronics, and is now founder of SuperFan, a new age media company building technology to help influencers, brands and agencies discover and reward their top fans. Swish sits on various boards including Dunk, a media network of 10M followers hyper-focused on basketball, and League of Innovators. Swish was named Plan Canada's Top 20 Under 20, recognized as Startup Canada's Young Entrepreneur of the Year and won the United Nation’s Outstanding Youth Leadership award.
